TEKKEN: Success Or Failure

Tekken is all-time best-selling arcade game ever, In which Tekken 7 is most popular arcade game. Namco needed to become a dominant player in the growing fighting game genre.


Then,  The first game in the series, Tekken,  first as an arcade game, The game features eight playable characters, each with their own sub-boss. The PlayStation version features remixes of the stage themes, and also made the sub-bosses playable for a total of eighteen characters, including a costume swap for Kazuya (Devil Kazuya). In addition, a cutscene is unlocked when the player finishes arcade mode with each of the original eight characters. The canon ending of the game consists of Kazuya exacting revenge on his father Heihachi Mishima, beating him in the tournament and tossing him off the same cliff that he was thrown off by Heihachi. and then other versions

And so Tekken 6 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 have not received a good public response compared to other versions of Tekken, which is why the company releases Tekken 7 with a 4-year gap and Tekken 7 is now the most popular arcade game, but Tekken 7 game graphics are poorer than the graphics of other versions games in now days, but reach great success from the previous of Tekken, right now Bandai Namco does not think of Tekken 8.
